The worst feeling in the world is getting a notification, but not a package. We do our best to partner with reliable shipping carriers. Unfortunately, once the items leave our facilities we can no longer assume responsibility. The best course of action is to reach out to your local post office and see if it was taken to a different location. Please let us know if you are experiencing any challenges by reaching out to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the delivery notification so we an assist in filing a claim for your missing package.

Friendly reminder, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any Mystery Box items or any items that have Final Sale in the product description as well as all Limited Drop collections. We do our best to provide all the tools to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you! If you would like to exchange your items Domestically, you can do so through Returnly, our returns portal. Please note that we are unable to refund you for the original shipping fees for your order, and you will need to pay postage if the return or exchange was due to a mistake made on your end. If our fulfillment team made an error, we will front the shipping costs, of course! All International orders are processed in-house, and cover the shipment of the new item, minus any duty fees. Sorry, we don’t accept returns or exchanges of any mystery box items, due to the nature of the product and it’s constant change. Both Mystery Boxes, and the Yu-Gi-Oh Mystery Boxes are final sale items.
