The worst feeling in the world is getting a notification, but not a package. We do our best to partner with reliable shipping carriers. Unfortunately, once the items leave our facilities we can no longer assume responsibility. The best course of action is to reach out to your local post office and see if it was taken to a different location. Please let us know if you are experiencing any challenges by reaching out to customer service at email@example.com within 14 days of the delivery notification so we an assist in filing a claim for your missing package.

Make sure that all items are in their original condition, and not worn or washed prior to starting the process. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items up to 30 days after your order has been received. Friendly reminder, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any Mystery Box items or any items that have Final Sale in the product description as well as all Limited Drop collections. All customers need to contact email@example.com to start the exchange or return process.
We do our best to provide all the tools to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you! Please note that we are unable to refund you for the original shipping fees for your order if you ask for a refund on your product(s), and you will need to pay postage if the return or exchange was due to a mistake made on your end. If our fulfillment team made an error, we will front the shipping costs, of course! All International orders are processed in-house, and cover the shipment of the new item, minus any duty fees. Sorry, we don’t accept returns or exchanges of any mystery box items, due to the nature of the product and it’s constant change. Both Mystery Boxes, the T-Shirt Mystery Box, and the Yu-Gi-Oh Mystery Boxes are final sale items.
