Sorry, we don’t accept returns or exchanges of any mystery box items, due to the nature of the product and it’s constant change. Both Mystery Boxes (With Backpack) and Mystery Boxes (Without Backpack) are final sale items.
Typically mystery boxes take 1-2 days to be processed and will be shipped priority within 3-4 days.
Our high-quality products are sourced from the best mill and pre-shrunk to create the best fit possible, and to avoid shrinkage after washing. For the best care and longest lasting attire, we recommend washing your new outfit inside-out in cold water and hanging them dry.
The only difference between both boxes is one has a backpack included and one doesn't. The reason we do this is because we change the designs in box every 60 days and some people love saving on our box multiple times a year but don't need multiple backpacks
