Returns & Refund Policies
You are entitled to a refund if and only if we do not ship the correct item and/or you received goods that are damaged. If you put the wrong address or order the wrong item or size we will not be liable.
We are happy to return your items within 30 days of your order date as long as it follow our Return Guidelines listed below:
1. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for full refund or exchange. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
2. The item is in its original condition.
3. Item(s) have not been used, washed, damaged, and are in the same condition as when you received them.
4. Once item is back at our warehouse we will issue the refund which can take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Yes, you can Return or Exchange an item from your order.
As long as it is:
- Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
We ask that you email us and provide your order number or email connected with your order, along with the item you wanted to return or exchange. Our customer service team will assist you further.
