Please attach Order info and any photos in the email. We will send out the missing items or resend the order whenever necessary.
We are happy to return or exchange items* within 30 days of the original shipment date. To maintain health and safety standards for our employees, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn items, and we will send them back. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are requesting a refund it may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account dependent on your bank, or provider.
Please note that items found in the JDM Collection will be shipped separately from all other products within an order.

Here at Tuned in Tokyo we use a specialized software to ensure that all customers input their shipping address correctly. The software will offer a suggested shipping address or will have you approve and proceed with the original address provided.
If the wrong address is inputed and you need a correction please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours so we can fix it for you.
If the wrong address wasn’t caught on time, and the package gets sent back to us, that's ok. As soon as it gets back to us we’ll send you a new shipping invoice with a new address form. This is so we can get your order back to you as soon as possible.
